Our clinic offers free, immediate treatment for non-life-threatening conditions, providing priority care without the need for emergency department visits or when your medical need cannot wait for a GP appointment. Our urgent care clinic is supported by highly skilled independent doctors and nurses, utilising excellent treatment and procedure room facilities.

Our Urgent Care Clinic is closing at 5pm on 10th March and will reopen at 7am on Tuesday, 11th March. These hours may change depending on weather conditions. Updates will follow.

✅ For urgent medical attention, please call 000 or visit the nearest emergency service.

An alternative to attending an emergency department may be to connect online to the Virtual Emergency Care Service , which is open 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week. The Virtual Emergency Care Service has specialist clinicians available to treat a range of emergency conditions virtually. Operating hours will be extended to 24 hours from 8am Thursday 6 March until 10pm Tuesday 11 March 2025.
