Northside

Welcome to Northside Medicare Urgent Care Clinic. Our clinic offers free, immediate treatment for non-life-threatening conditions, providing priority care without the need for emergency department visits or when your medical need cannot wait for a GP appointment. Our urgent care clinic is supported by highly skilled independent doctors and nurses, utilising excellent treatment and procedure room facilities.

Northside (Kedron) Medicare Urgent Care Clinic (UCC), has a set amount of clinical staffing. Accordingly, and like other Medicare UCCs, the service has a protocol for managing high patient demand. To ensure your safety, this protocol may be activated when too many patients arrive at once or too late in the evening, and your condition will be assessed and triaged by a nurse. Depending on the outcome of this assessment, you may be redirected to other healthcare facilities, like the Emergency Department, or asked to return for a consultation at a later date and/or time. To ensure that you can be assessed before closing, please arrive no later than 7.30 pm in the evening.
